• Named Broker of Record for group long term disability plan at a major Boston Law Firm. Negotiated increase in benefits and decrease in rates.

• Rewrote variable universal life insurance policy. Screened multiple carriers to provide reduced cost of insurance charges for trustee. Used proprietary NFP tool to electronically bid the file directly with Dedicated Carrier Underwriters.

• Performed thorough analysis of group health market as part of renewal process for existing client. Used market information to negotiate renewal rate reduction. Reviewed HSA options. Installed web based benefit communication program at no fee to client.

• Coordinated underwriting of new $12,000,000 level term policy for partner of major client. Successful in improving rate class over existing contract.

• Implemented multi-class group LTP plan (3,000 lives) at major National Corporation. Replaced previous program, saved clients 40% over the prior LTD costs.

• Enrolled individual disability plan to complement group LTD for partners of a major law firm. Addressed coverage needs of higher paid partners as well as junior members after group capacity had been exhausted.

• Converted 401(k) from group annuity to mutual fund based, multi manager, daily valued, internet accessible platform. Reduced fees to sponsor and participants. Coordinated communication effort.

• Exchanged variable universal life for group variable universal life for partners of major New York law firm. Individual consultations with 125 participants regarding new investment options, retirement opportunities and estate planning. Saved on the insurance charges.

• Evaluated group Long Term Care (LTC) carriers for major Boston law firm. Implemented and communicated new program.

• Negotiated sale of life insurance on the secondary market for business owner after sale of his company. Secondary market provided five times cash value.
